How We Do What We Do
INVESTING
We begin our process by investing in properties in the area that could use some TLC or in some cases need to be demolished.
DEMOLITION
There are cases where clean up and/or improvement is not a viable solution. In those cases we work to demolish the property and clean up the surrounding areas.
CLEAN UP
In the instances where it makes sense, we work to clean up and improve the property we have purchased.
COMPLETION
Once the clean up and/or demolition is complete, we take next steps in order to verify the property is ready for its new and improved purpose!

Since we are a volunteer organization, you can help us in a number of ways! You can volunteer your time / services / skillset to help with upcoming projects. If you don’t have the time to commit, we are always happy to collect donations to help our cause! Purchasing these properties can get expensive and donations are always appreciated!
