How to get a free lot from One Property at a Time
1st step: submit building plans.
2nd step: have building permits.
3rd step: builder and One Property at a Time will sign a contract with the stipulation the builder will start construction within 120 days. One Property at a Time guarantees transfer of deed after step 4 is complete.
4th step: after construction has started, basement and foundation work is complete. One Property at a Time will transfer a quit claim deed over to builder.
All city and state building codes need to be followed.

Conditions and Requirements for a free building lot from One Property At a Time.
1-We are wanting new home construction.
2-All City planning and zoning and the state of Nebraska regulations will be followed.
3-Minimum of $125,000 investment.
4Submit building plan to One Property At a Time for board approval.
5-Submit building permit to City of Blue Springs with planning and zoning approval.
6-All City utilities will be hooked up.
7-Contract stating construction will start within 120 days.
8-Minimum square footage of 1,200 square feet of living area for a house.
9-Barndominium , living quarters minimum of 1,200 square feet of living space. Address side of building will have conventional house siding.
10-One Property At a Time will transfer property with a quit claim deed after significant construction has started.
